I stayed 1 night in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The room was nice with great AC and a comfy bed. The front desk guy was super cool. It's within walking distance to Kings Dominion, which was a huge plus! 😊

great location, decent stay
The location was a big plus—walking distance to Kings Dominion. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the restaurant on-site served tasty food. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
However, I faced some hiccups. The bathroom was quite cramped, and the toilet was small, making it challenging to use comfortably. Also, the information about breakfast hours should have been clearer.

A simple breakdown of my experience
The lodging was a fantastic experience, featuring clean rooms with no chemical smells and a comfortable mattress. The artwork was modern, and the larger TV was a nice touch. The staff was professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay, particularly for those visiting nearby attractions.

mini fridge, microwave, clean facilities
Dealing with malfunctioning key cards every other day can be annoying!!! The lack of in-room coffee makers forced me to trek to the lobby for small cups. The outdated decor makes it feel more like a cheap motel than a proper hotel!!!

The location near Kings Dominion made our trip super convenient. Our room had great air conditioning and a cozy double bed. I loved the laminated floors, a big step up from nasty old carpet. The attached Mexican restaurant served some fantastic food, definitely a highlight! However, the pool was disappointing. it had a green tint and wasn’t usable during our stay. The playground also didn’t match the pictures online, which was a letdown. While the room was clean overall, a few areas felt like they could use some extra attention. Key card issues popped up, which got a bit annoying. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our time here, especially the easy access to the amusement park.

Convenient location and friendly staff made the stay pleasant. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the mini fridge offered plenty of space for our snacks. However, the pool was disappointing as it was not well-maintained, and the playground didn't match the online photos, which was quite frustrating. The room was clean but needed a refresh in some areas.
